- Everyday Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation practice, 2 times daily (Power Yoga and Pranayama at the sunshine and slow flow Yoga with Meditation at the sunset)
- Private BAMBOO TATTOO LHP RITUAL conducted by the philosopher, taro- and astrologist in cooperation with bamboo tattoo artist
- Personal consultations with experienced Yoga teacher
